The only tricky part here is to make sure you DON'T choose the button that says "Just a username, please."
If you made an account in your deep, dark past, you can just add another blog to the same name and email account by logging in, going to your Dashboard, and choosing "Create a brand new blog."
You'll need to retrieve your email to validate and log in.
